PulseTrak is a SaaS analytics and commerce platform for content creators, brands, and talent agencies. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PulseTrak cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Plans: PulseTrak offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
Free Trials: Paid plans may include a free trial period. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
By connecting third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Shopify), you grant PulseTrak permission to access data from those platforms on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any connected platform.
PulseBridge is our sale attribution system linking creator content to brand sales. By using PulseBridge, you agree that:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PulseTrak and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create or import into PulseTrak. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the Service.
PulseTrak uses artificial intelligence to generate analytics insights. These insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, business, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated insights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseTrak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
